Craig Carozza-Caviness

Craig Carozza-Caviness, a DC native raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, is driven by a deep passion for community service and building meaningful relationships. He leads his State Farm agency with dedication, compassion, and heart, alongside his wife Erika, who also serves as the agency’s Chief Operating Officer. Together, they are proud parents of four children and prioritize family time whenever possible. One of Craig’s greatest passions is protecting families—because he recognizes that his own family is his most valued asset and biggest blessing. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing with loved ones, watching sports, and expressing his creative writing.
